Vinyasa is a breath to movement practice that builds to a seamless transition from pose to pose. This class is available to all bodies-you can be brand new to yoga, working on form, balance and flexibility or simply looking for movement to supplement your Pilates practice. There are so many parallels in each modality, but they both offer such different benefits as well. Let's build stronger bodies and minds together, maybe break a sweat, and definitely have fun!
