Cancellation Policy:
Privates and Semi-Private Sessions:
We require you to give notice to your instructor or to cancel the session within our scheduling software system 24 hours in advance from your scheduled appointment time.
- If not cancelled within timeframe, you will be charged for session.
Group Classes:
We require you to give notice to your instructor or to cancel the session within our scheduling software system 12 hours in advance from your scheduled appointment time
- If not cancelled within the specified time frame, you will be charged for the class from your pass or at the class drop-in rate.
Thank you for your cooperation! While we are willing to makes exceptions for true emergencies, our cancellation policies are consistently enforced for the following reasons:
- To be consistent and fair, treating all clients equally
- To protect and account for the instructor's time and compensation
- To be as considerate as possible to the clients who are waitlisted for a class or appointment time
