Cancellation Policy:
- We have a strict cancellation policy of 12 hours in advance for group classes and 24 hours in advance for private sessions from your scheduled appointment time.
- If a private session is not cancelled within the time frame, you will be charged for the session.
- If a group class is not cancelled within the specified time frame, you will be charged for the class from your pass or at the class drop-in rate.
Thank you for your cooperation! While we are willing to make exceptions for true
emergencies, our cancellation policies are consistently enforced for the following
reasons:
- To be consistent and fair, treating all clients equally.
- To protect and account for the instructor’s time and compensation.
- To be as considerate as possible to the clients who are waitlisted for a class or appointment time.
